Outdoor Dance

Outdoor dance:
Here in Germany the lockdown has not been as drastic as in other countries, you can go out alone for a walk or for sports. Even keeping a safe distance, two people can meet. But I never used this possibility, because I had so many ideas and I kept thinking about how to make them happen.
Since the outbreak of the covid 19 pandemic, almost every morning after breakfast I go for a run near where I live. When I get home I do my yoga and meditation exercises, and then I start my planning.
When I run I think it's great, I observe nature. In this particular period in a much more intense way than usual.
I start to think of it as a big outdoor stage.
And so these dance projects were born. (Dancing  little by little from the rooms and the place where I live I went outside).
Here I would like to thank Matteo Gerlach, who despite the distance (he lives in Italy), helped me with the publication on youtube of all the videos I made. If it weren't for him, none of this would have been possible.

How I use the space at home to dance.

When the Covid 19 pandemic began its outbreak here in Europe, particularly in northern Italy, I found myself in an emotional state of paralysis.
I was very worried (and I still am)about the members of my family (my parents, my brothers, Simone and Maria Anna)and all my friends.
For several weeks I have been at home here in Bremen because of the lockdown. My boss, Edith H. and my dearest colleague Marion S. advised me to try to find something that makes me happy despite everything.
I've resumed working and designing here from home.
And the underlying is one of many projects I'm working on.
I wish you enjoy yourselves.
